Movement suitable for all at various classes on Saturday mornings, Tuesday afternoons, Wednesday evenings and Friday lunchtimes.

Tuesday class (2.30pm) is chair yoga followed by a cuppa &cake which is a beneficial form of yoga for any fitness level.

Wednesday class (7-8pm) is Ashtanga Yoga, a traditional & energetic yoga practice suitable for all levels.

Friday lunchtime class ( 12.30-1.30pm) is again suitable for all levels, focusing on mobility and flexibility.

Saturday early morning class (8-9am) is a fun Vinyasa Yoga session for all, designed to wake you up and leave you feeling energised.
